Dan: That way we can be a stronger... Unit.
Me: Okay. I was thinking "Couple" or "Team" but "unit" works too.
Dan: Well, to me, "couple" just sounds like two individuals and I was thinking "Unity" since we're together, as one.
Me: Okay. That makes more sense. Unit just sounds like a kitchen appliance.
Dan: *laughs* It does!
Me: That's okay. I love you. I'll be a kitchen appliance with you.
Dan: Okay! I'll be a kitchen appliance with you too. I'll be a blender!
Me: *laughs* No, you should be a toaster.
Dan: Okay, I'll be a toaster.
Me: And I'll be a coffee maker.
Dan: Awesome! And maybe eventually I can be like my egg-mcmuffin toaster at home!
Me: And then we'll be a complete breakfast!!!!
Dan: *laughs for a long time* That's really sappy....
Me: *laughs* We. Are. Awesome.

Dan: I love you, good-bye coffeemaker.
Me: I love you too! Bye toaster!
