no white trash exmas this year
i went to see my dad and stepfamily on new years and it was actually fun, but the extended family wasn't there, so no exciting bastard children showing up this year, woohoo!
believe it or not, everyone behaved themselves, and the nieces were really excited, as usual.
i got to eat at the table for exmas at my moms family thingy, and it was generally agreeable except that i stuffed myself so much that i actually felt sick afterwards. oops.
so tomorrow i'm going to do a bit of shopping, go to lunch with kenrick and emily and then head home. i miss those two a lot, so it ought to be interesting. chris should be there as well, or the "voice of god" as we often called him, back in the day.
