Now that I'm a member of the inner circle, I'm curious to see how many dregs apply, and how they ge slammed. Because I'm a nce person like that.

Most people who do the app get passed, about 80%. It's probably best as a deterrent, because the kind of people we don't want would look at that think "whoa effort, fuck that noise" and not bother joining.
