I'd damn well vote for Glenda Jackson if I had the chance, yes. As for lingerie restocks, oh yes, if you find something that actually *fits*, you buy more than one, in multiple colors, so that you don't have to do it again.

As for the main thrust of your post: yes. That's disgusting behavior and needs to stop, everywhere. I don't know how to stop it? But it does need to end.

Having interviewed Glenda Jackson twice, I would NOT vote for her, and that has nothing to do with her political stance. Golly what a humourless martinet. I'll queue hours to see her on stage, mind you.

And god knows she needs the support after the way some of the press have been going after her (ironically, until now, the most offensive comment I'd read about her was in the Guardian where Alexander Chancellor suggested she was wise to keep her mouth shut because she was Spanish and, worse, a Catholic).

Good god, a CATHOLIC!!!!?

(I loathed Blair's attitude before 1997 and after because he clearly wanted to *be* a Catholic, but was too scared to convert while PM, and had a blatant disregard for the rules of the church he wanted to join.)

Well, honestly, I hate shopping, full stop. So I handle pants, tops, and sometimes shoes the same way. But at 38H, I'd *definitely* do that! Good luck to you in future fittings!
