Another of those tutorials where I ramble excessively. I couldn't decide which icon to make a tutorial out of from my last batch, so I asked my dear flist instead. A majority of them wanted this one, so here we go :B~

Made in Photoshop 7.0 -- but I think it should translate to other programs... not that I would know, I'm too poor to afford

HAHAHA (sorry for the spamming), would it be okay for you if I at least credited you for teh coloring technique, because I was using this tut to make an icon, then I thought it was shiney. I did tweak it a little, because the blinding brightness was slightly too much xD. And I swear it's gonna be different, ^___^; omg, I can't even type out comprihensible english ;__;
