In case it was missed, the Tsubaholi OAD website updated with new release dates:
February 17, 2009 - xxxHolic Volume 14 (reserve by December 22)
March, 2009 - TRC Volume 26
And there seemed to be a script error on CLAMP-NET's website which made me think they change's TRC's schedule. Looks like Shonen Magazine was correct, and we won't see TRC until Sept 10th. :/
