Icon #16 was made by hiragizawa @ modoki_icons. If you wish to use it you'll have to go and ask them directly for permission and under what credit obligations.

I don't have the right to give anyone permission to use an icon submitted here or dictate rules of credit (aside from my own). That list you are referring to is simply to allow me to reveal their username without infringing on privacy/anonimity rights.
