Week 25: challenge
The theme for week twenty-four is tragedy, in memory of all that has happened to my dear friend Lorelei. Your icon must portray a character in some form of lament, whether death or drama or whatnot. If your icon needs interpretation, please tell us.
Submitting
If you wish to partake in a weekly contest, reply to the entry and do post the icon and the URL to the image. Posts will be screened. Also, make sure your icon is within Livejournal requirements, that is, at most 100x100 or 40KB or less and a .jpg, .gif, or .png. You may submit up to two icons. This is a textless icontest, so do not use text, text brushes, or anything that could be misinterpreted as text in your icons.

If people express a need to extend the deadline, then the times for submitting will be extended appropriately. Otherwise, voting will resume as it usually would.
