Alright, this is something that's been bothering me for a while.
Was it ever explained how or why Subaru became a Dragon of Heaven and Seishirou became a Dragon of Earth? How did they even obtain the knowledge that they will become those? Was there any mention in TB of this? Because I don't remember there being any reference, and it always seemed very random to me when Subaru and Seishirou show up and all of a sudden they're part of X, where we hear from other character's backgrounds that some of them have been preparing years for 1999. I just thought that I might be missing something.
