The annual Good Friday Pool Tournament happened yesterday, in my brother's memory. A good day was had by all, as always, and I couldn't wait for it to be over with, as always. It was won by a very nice gentleman called Pete, who beat my father in the final. Addi knocked Ryan out, which is a big thing to the uninitiated, because Ryan's only 12 and Addi's 29 and Ryan takes the whole thing very very seriously. Every year he tells me he's going to win; so when Addi knocked Ryan out the lads wanted to take him outside and kick the s**t out of him. Watersiders certainly take care of their own.
