A couple of strike updates:
* There's a real chance that in addition to MBC's own King2Hearts, Rooftop Prince (SBS) and The Equator Man (KBS) will all be delayed. That's the position at the other networks, that they're considering postponing the broadcasts. They want to avoid a showdown with Moon/Sun's final eps. and even though there's no end in sight for the strike, they're seriously giving it some thought, that's the point.
* If filming's to be resumed at M/S, it has to happen very soon because Kim Soo-Hyun, and possibly Jung Il-Woo, have other commitments. Apparently KSH's agency has said he won't be available for M/S after the 8th.
* And probably the worst news for me, worse than PD Kim Jin-Min not filming God of War: someone else filming in his place. *facepalm* That's what MBC's saying, that they're going to use non-union PDs, but with 49 PDs in the drama dept. supporting the strike, where would they find the replacements? And even if they did find someone, Master Kim is the heart and soul of God of War, he's irreplaceable. It was bad enough to have this happen when GoW was doing better in the ratings thanks to strong word of mouth (in 4 weeks, it went from 7.7% to 12.5% in Seoul+suburbs). I shudder to think what the end result will be, with someone else "in charge."
