I thought to myself, that's what my face must look like, though nowhere half as pretty. I think this was the hardest I cried over a drama this year. The only reason I wasn't a basketcase by the end was because whereas I cried over Chae-Yoon's grief and despair at the beginning of the episode (Jang Hyuk does gut-wrenching like it's being torn out of his body and soul), the final emotional experience was much more cathartic:
And if I can totally relate to fans wanting to memorize by heart the entire first 15 minutes of the episode (fantastic parallel to the pivotal 2nd episode of the series), I can also see why even the crew people teared up filming the scenes by the waterfall. There aren't enough words for my appreciation of the tremendous and beautiful job everyone's doing (and has done) on this series.
