Phonecall #2 to car insurance people...
I had to change the address on my car insurance, so i called them and they said in order to do it I had to pay an extra £44 because my mother lives in a "high accident risk area"...she lives on a farm down a country lane!!! I now park my car on private driveway instead of the road, so it should in theory be cheaper. I told them (After much argument) I would send a cheque. Rang them today to pay over the phone, they said under some new policy thing they don't charge anymore!!! If i had of sent that cheque i'll bet they'd of taken the money!!! £44 in my pocket anyway ;) Car insurance winds me up!!!
