i made mac and cheese last night.
i usually make it like this: boil the noodles, drain the noodles, melt the butter, mix it with the milk and the cheesey powder, then add the noodles and mix it all up.
last night i made it like this: boil the noodles, pour out the water, melt the butter with the noodles, add the milk, mix in the cheesey powder, make sure to get all the clumps out.
i know that that's the way that the box tells you to make it, but i've never done it that way before.
it was an experience.
