I made pizza last Friday from scratch-ola. It was delectable and froze excellently, allowing me (and my friends) to have it for lunch this week. Here's two pics I took because the light was hitting the pizza in that 'this could be featured in a cookbook' way:
Additionally, I was published TWICE in this week's Next Gen section of the paper. I told y'all she really needed articles! OH! I know that pic of me is TERRIBLE. The fucking photographer that did it was a hack. He just sat me down on a stupid office chair and shot like, 3cm away from my face. Real professional.
Continuing on the thread of random sharing, how about a picture of some biscotti and peanutbutter cookies I made a while ago? I am so in love with making biscotti. It is a bit involved what with the twice-baked element, but oh so rewarding. Also, they are so much better for you than cookies (say, peanut butter for instance)! I bake mine with no butter and surprisingly there is no flavour lost and you can still maintain a delectable crunch.
And finally, here are two pictures I drew a few weeks ago, randomly. I don't draw very much (all my time? devoted to studying crap I will not remember after June) but I thought they were okay-ish.
