time flies while your having fun
sooooooo, it's only 3 weeks now until a new term, and year, begins chez york uni/my second home and i'm beginning to get a bit concerned. will i actually be able to remember how to speak french and german when we go back? that is a rather crucial question at the moment for me, as i'm severely doubting my academic abilities right now, having only just about understood a french film, WITH ENGLISH SUBTITLES ON. this does not bode well. je......m'app...ell....e.....oh dear.
there is also the burning question of, do i get a job at uni this year? the prospect of extra cash to spend *ahem* i mean save, is very tempting, and i have been looking into posts available around town, but there's the recurring reminder of my supervisor telling me that this term will be "EXTREMELY hard work" and that i will be very busy, so i'm a bit undecided. thoughts on a postcard please.....
