I'm sure you've all been expecting this blog entry:
Law is horrid.
I severely dislike it. (Annie doesn't think I should say "hate" anymore :P)
I wish I could magically take English and be happy and not have to worry about the awful bureaucracy at UoM and just not worry about my future and possible job prospects.
*sob sob sob*
and so on, and so forth.
The Constitutional Law lecture wasn't that bad. I didn't mind the subject matter and the Bencini lecturer guy wasn't excessively annoying. Philosophy of Law, on the other hand, was HELL. This lecturer speaks so fast and talks in such difficult language sometimes that I could hardly understand every third or fourth word he was saying! All right, he did repeat himself a lot, but if I didn't get it the first time, I sure as hell wasn't getting it the second or third time. Maybe I'm just not good enough to catch up!!! Urgh!! How frustrating!! And the subject in hand didn't help at all. They expect us to read books in Italian and French. I canNOT understand a LAW book in ENGLISH let alone in Maltese... and let alone in ITALIAN AND FRENCH.
PLUS: I found out that 2 of my electives for Law shall be given by an Italian Professor who gives lectures in ITALIAN. O Mio Dio. (yes, that was just ironic.) I shall now have to take a bunch of extra IR electives so I can make sure I don't take this guy's bloody lectures. Damn itttt.
Oh, and to top everything off, my mp3player decided to die on me this morning. I don't think my priorities are set in such a way that would allow me to buy another one, damn it. I don't think I'll even be able to buy that lovely camera from a few posts back. I'll just have to buy a laptop and bloody Law books and bloody Law notes and bloody Laws Laws Laws.
I'm sorry I whine so much lately. I'll try to stop, but I really can't help it.
=(
ps. I want to watch House Season 4 Ep 2, but I can't find a link anywhere :(
EDIT: Happy Birthday to my friend
Jean Paul!
