Goodbye to the fat chick in the mirror...
Today is the day!
I went to the first Weight Watchers meeting with my mother- and if I might add; it was about time *shudders*
The woman that leads the meetings seems to be very nice and if the chart standing behind her was true, then she really is a role model.
The group seems very nice and there were a lot of fun moments during the meeting.
The diet itself will still be hell, I suppose but at least I have something to look forward to every week.
I'll let you keep track of how I'm doing ;-)
