Basically, I would think you would just need to call up the location closest to you, though, even if the phone gives you hives or panic attacks. If that is true, then I think you would also have the correct medication for such problems.
Fear is not an option - you need a library card, so that there will always be some books out in circulation, some in storage, some being sent to other libraries, and some on the shelves. Out in circulation means "out in the wild," I think...
