Personally, I am only aware of my traditional records on paper, but I think that Pennsylvania (and possibly the UK and Delaware and Canada...?) might have some of my health data.
At least, I remember phoning people from these places before. Sometimes in French.
I hope not in French. That is not a language I profess much skill in. I am better spoken in English.
Lately, I have been reading about reptiles such as snakes in a hope to correct the myriad problems I have noticed in the field of herpetology - namely, so far, that I've noticed, that there aren't enough bodies to correct the many problems in it - because the people who study them tend to die off rather quickly (these are carnivorous creatures). ^^;;;
ERGO - I am looking at what others have collected about them with caution.
