REGARDING THE REDUCTION OF MASK RECOMMENDATION...
I have had three days to consider what this means. (I still am not fully vaccinated, my next appointment is not until the start of next month.)
It seems that warm weather improves the situation. However, while I type that, I'm still thinking, I have had hot-weather troubles when travelling abroad to the PRC, courtesy Prof. Chien, Prof. Cai, and all the rest of those people in the Chinese History research loop.
So I am still betwixed by that whole thing. What??? I know it's not always hot in China, but it seemed like a significant amount of the time when I was there.

I am sure that music and art will be just fine throughout the pandemic. Mattsu was just telling me about how his father was working on some painting!
