"I trust you!" & Thoughts About That
Most recently in the textual transcript between proletariat_x and claire_chan:
Rey-sama: Do not fret! I even have the [receipt] just in case. If you like, I will photograph the tickets when they arrive. <3
Claire-chan: :D I trust in you. That is Optional.
This made me think, since the Secular Community Thing is not to tell people "I believe you".
...I can't find in my Interwebs History where I got that. Maybe I got it from listening to The Amplified Atheist, as I had been yesterday, if slightly post factum. [I made it very clear to Kent/Brian that I approved of the new one-file format. Telling them at least twice. I forgot I had the one time.]
ANYWAY, the SCT is not telling people "I believe you", since Atheism = ...no.
That opera is going to be exciting. I hardly know the plot of La Traviata. I assert it's going to be exciting. He told me he got non-amphitheatre seats! If I were getting them, I won't lie, I'd have only striven for "not obscure view" tickets.
ETA @ 25/2: He did send to me a photograph. My mad html knowledge does not include how to transfer images from phone to LJ, so you'd have to rely on my say-so. ごめんね。
