Death Comes To Pemberley (BBC1)
It is the 200th anniversary of the first publication of Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice, so very fitting for PD James to imagine just what might have happened to Elizabeth Bennett and her Mr Darcy (swoon) after they settled down and had a family.
Set six years after their marriage in 1803, the costume drama also features the evil(ish) Mr Wickham and his disgraced wife Lydia, not to mention her elder sister Jane and husband Mr Bingley.
As the title suggests, the three-part drama has a murder mystery at its heart and stars Anna Maxwell Martin, Matthew Rhys and Matthew Goode. Not to be missed.
