Who: Ryuichi and May :D
Where: Ryuichi's apartment
When: Oct 15th, evening-ish
What: The great joy of coloring books and maybe some more srs bsns.

It wouldn't be accurate to say that Ryuichi paced while waiting for his friend to arrive. Pacing implied a measured act meant to calm someone. Running from one side of your apartment to the other couldn't really be called 'calm', even if Ryuichi felt like he might just explode if he made himself sit still. Earlier that day he had made plans with May to color. He was really looking forward to it too. Homework had been getting to him lately, and that chemistry test hadn't done anything to improve his spirits.
Beyond all that, Ryuichi found himself more and more missing Tokyo. It wasn't just the city either, no, he was missing his band. There was nothing quite like having other people to play music with. The other bands popping up around Clairbourn had only served to remind him that he was, essentially, alone here. It wasn't a comforting feeling. But for tonight at least, there was May and strawberry soda and coloring books full of lions and tigers. He had another with dinosaurs in it, but that seemed more appropriate to save for Misuzu.
Humming slightly to himself, Ryuichi slowed down in his mad dashing around the apartment. He tried to remind himself that the neighbors would be displeased if he ran too much around the flat. There wasn't that much space to run around, anyway, and Tohma would yell at him if he called for a replacement coffee table already. So, grabbing a stray magazine from the kitchen counter, he contented himself to laying on the sofa and waiting for May to arrive.
