Kamina didn't have long to wait. Orihime preferred to take a bath before bed knowing that everyone else would probably want the shower in the morning. There would be more hot water this way and a shorter line to use the restroom. She jammed a toothbrush in her mouth, chewing on it while she scrubbed her face, then brushed, flossed, and shook her fingers through her hair.

Pajamas were flung off in favor of her favorite swimwear, but it wouldn't be seen until they got to the beach proper. A flowery yellow and green sarong was wrapped around her waist, and she pulled a warm gray hoodie over her head. Oceans could be cold, she knew. And if it wasn't, then she could swap! Ahhhh, a perfect plan.

Her flip-flops clopped noisily on the stairs as she clamored down to the ground level and ran out the door, eager to make the most of every moment they had for their spring vacation. First she spotted the surfboard, and her mouth drew inward to form an 'o' as she laid her fingertips together. "Ohhhhhh, Kamina can surf? That's amazing!" Maybe she'd get to try it too, it sounded fun.

Spotting Kittan close by with his colorful beach ball, Orihime beamed. So he was an early riser too! Fantastic! "Morning, Kittan!" she threw her hand into the air. "Did you sleep all right?"

And there was Kaze. She almost missed him, he was so still. But he got the same cheery smile and waving hand. "Come on, Kaze! We've got waves to terrorize!" she laughed, then spun on her heel to run full-tilt down the street, only too happy to lead the way.

Kittan waved back. He tried his hardest not to seem akward...but redheads had a strange effect on Kittan.

"Y..yea, I slept like the dead!" he said with a smile, "That is...until I got the shit scared out of me as a wake up call," he added under his breath.

"So! When do we get this party started??" He tossed the ball Orihime's direction.

Kamina laughed as he playfully slapped Kittan on the back. "You've gotta be some kind of lightweight if you let lill stuff like that scare ya!" he was thinking about his own screaming which woke most people up, he didn't recall hearing any other screams.

"And this party's already started!" He said thrusting his finger to the sky in his usual fashion. "The Great Gurren Brigade's gonna leave it's mark on the west coast this week!"

Orihime laughed, putting her hands together in the volleyball triangle to bounce the ball sky high, spiraling back down towards its owner. "Kamina's right! Every second counts, we won't get a chance like this again in a long, long while."

Her stomach growled, and though her smile remained firmly in place, the redness in her cheeks began to expand. "Let's...find breakfast too! Ah ha ha!" she rubbed the back of her neck.

Kamina couldn't help but agree with that idea, hunger was already creeping up on him again despite sneaking a few snacks in shortly after waking up, but what else was new, his stomach seemed like a bottomless pit that would never be filled.

He remembered passing by a Pancake Shack only a couple blocks down from when they were looking for a place to stay, and what better place to have breakfast than a place that had pancakes in the title.

"ALRIGHT!" he exclaimed snapping his arm back and re pointing it in the general direction of where he believed the place would be. "We head to the Pancake Shack!" Once again he snaped his arm back this time pointing towards Kittan. "Kittan! Check back at the room n see if anyone else wants to go!"

Before Kamina could even finish his sentence, Kittan was already running for the hotel...he was STARVING.

"Be back in a minute!"

He doubted any of them wanted to go with him, but he figured he'd check.

He slowly crept into the room to see if anyone was still even awake after what had happened earlier.
