What: Tab is uptop looking over the grafiti and at the same time hoping the culprits return, though that other kid and his gf may show up...
Tab sat atop the box, or so part of the building which contained the stairs, examining the graffiti from an upward perspective, plus this way if anyone were coming he would see it.....and if he happened to run into anyone up here he'd rather ont he could easily hide before being seen.
