I know what you found, boy. Hand it over.
Next thing he heard was a gunshot. And that made the big Japanese guy almost run out of the room. He then bumped into a young girl, who was pretty much a skeleton dressed in a dusty rose gown. "Help! He shot James!"

Ed was in trouble.
Still in her jeans and bra, and more importantly not wearing the scarf she normally had over her face.
That was when she was confronted with what appeared to be a rather well done, if cliched halloween costume...and stared it down.
The ghost realized it was going to get no help from this quarter. Not when..."Oh, this town is hainted! Ah'm sorry, ghoulie! Don't take James with you!" It said, flapping its bare jaw and obviously scared, before turning and fleeing in a rustle of decaying petticoats.
Hester snorted.
"You alright, Ed?" She asked, still too concerned to be embarrassed just yet.

It dawned on her that it was a little chilly for a locker room. Crap, she wasn't wearing her...scarf! Quickly she lowered her head so her hair fell over the scarred half of her face as the other side flushed red. Not having a shirt bothered her a little less, her affair with Jan Valentine having given her a bit more confidence. Regardless neither was a way she wanted to stick around being, even with someone she trusted like Ed.
"Imma, ah, finish changin'." As she turned she stepped in something wet, warm and red. She examined the now dripping underside of her boot. "Fu'in fake claret's too sticky..." She said, although there was an edge of uncertainty to her voice.

Then he noticed the pool around Hester's foot. "Yeah, they did go all out with these decorations. I hate to be the guy to clean it up."
