Open Auditions again.
To the Clairbourn Student Population:
It is the beginning of a new semester. Thus, I will be holding open auditions for the corps de ballet here at Clairbourn. At current we have nine members, but I would like to have, ideally, around fifteen or sixteen. If you have had ballet training before, you know what kind of audition this is, but for reference:
Time: Next Wednesday, 5:00 PM
Place: Clairbourn Gymnasium
Attire: (Girls) Tights and a leotard are preferred, but anything in which you can move and that will show your lines. (Boys) Again, tights and a leotard are preferred, but a tee-shirt and shorts above the knee will do.
If you have no dance experience whatsoever, that is also all right. The corps has a ballet class twice a week to bring those people up to speed as quickly as possible without sacrificing any technical proficiency.
I look forward to seeing perhaps some of the new students there.
