[Though it will be unnoticeable to most, the clowns have returned to town. However, they really aren't doing anything, and are only vaguely seen every once in a great while at this point. By the look of it, they were chased off for a while and are laying low. For now though, while lurking the network the joker has found someone to target to resume his shenanigans.]
[Tuesday morning, students will be greeted by the sight of a great many little white rabbit plushies strategically placed around the school. They are all wearing little collars and small leashes.
