Lincoln probably knows Michael better than anyone, so I guess he has a unique perspective on him...

That is the phrase that sums it all up, the answer to all the whys and oh-so-wrongs, etc. Lincoln seems not so sure about it, or does not want to give in completely, but Michael simply knows that the two of them are epic. Bare fact, hm? ;-)

Lincoln thinks - knows - that Sara can compete with him, but I'm not sure how Michael would act if he actually had to choose - Prison Break not being, sadly, the kind of show where TPTB would write a OT3 *g* It more or less happened in S4, I think, but somehow, my mind insists on erasing most of my memories of that season.
Anyway, this is what I liked so much in the first season : he'll try not to hurt people (too much) in the process, but in the end, it's Lincoln first.
