I'm really impressed that you even took on anything Mahone-related!! So given the constraints (not writing dying Michael and no favourite threesome) you really did come up with something very worthy and enjoyable!

The idea that Michael likes to watch certainly gives justification to this scenario! And I know you know how much that last line would thrill me!! I'm wondering if I can tell Sara? *runs off in search of the muse*

I know! I laughed-cried a bit when I saw the prompt because I had so many issues with it *g* I didn't write the request itself, though, I cheated. That said, I miss writing on challenges, and writing things I wouldn't have tried on my own, so since I got a small bunny...

Michael liking to watch happens quite often in my fics o_O I also think that, in this case, he'd like to be in Sara's shoes, period. Fantasy!Mahone says it: You picture me with your wife, but all three of us know what you actually want - aka Mahone himself. I wrote it for the wild card: fantasies on my kink_bingo, but I guess it could have worked for 'triangulation of desire' too :-p

I certainly thought of you when I wrote the last line (and I fought hard against my OT3 self not to bring Lincoln in the mess story).

I have to admit I recoiled a little in horror on your behalf when I saw the prompt...I wouldn't say you cheated exactly though; you just came at it from another angle! :)

Did you know that halfshellvenus suggested we have a fic challenge over at uncuffmybrother occasionally? It has to be organised (wish me luck!) but I think it would be a good thing and it'll give you a challenge too! As long as you remember to include what you won't write!

Michael is definitely something of a voyeur in your fics! Why do I find that hot?!! And yes, in this case (also in many others particularly when Lincoln is with Sara!!) he does want to be in Sara's shoes! It strikes me that you can certainly see him with Mahone (canon gave us a hint of that, didn't it?) even if they aren't your favourite pairing! Not sure even I can see Sara with Alex though...but that's another square filled on your bingo card

Well... It's NOT about Michael setting up everything to make Sara/Alex happen after he dies, but at least, there's some sort of Michael/Sara/Alex :-p

I remember I suggested monthly fic comment and weekly fic rec/repost for uncuffmybrother, but fic challenges sound good too, and yay if halfshellvenus is interested in something ficcy too. Good luck to organize it *squees a bit*

Yes and no... I can understand why the pairing appeals to people, but it doesn't work for me for a bunch of reasons. As long as I keep a hint of challenge between them, though, I can imagine/fake it enough to write something short :-p

If Michael was going to set Sara up with anyone after he died it wouldn't be Mahone. Lincoln? Most likely out of all the possibilities.

You certainly accomplished that! Probably one of the most difficult prompts you've ever had (let's not mention tentacles!!) so you did really well.

Yes, I would say he would "pick" Lincoln too. That being said, you know how much I wish people shipped what I ship, and wrote what I want to read, but every now and then, I can make the effort to understand it's not the case *g* and since writing challenges are fun... I end up writing pairings I would have never considered writing on my own \o/

I can't help matching those kinks to Michael/Lincoln and I sometimes forget you write White Collar and The Borgias too.I still mostly write PB, usually Michael, Sara and Lincoln in one combination or another. I've written a couple of Borgias fics but it only was small bunnies and *whispers* not writing White Collar at all. I do watch and enjoy the show, but no fic writing and hardly any fic reading for White Collar

It would be nice if we all loved to read and write the same ships but the world being what it is...it's good to stretch yourself occasionally though by writing outside of your comfort zone. I've not done that much; I did write Michael/Lisa once and even Michael/Kellerman!!

halfshellvenus's ficlet is very short...kind of dark, too; and delicious!!

I like that Michael would go through self-imposed celibacy while Lincoln was in jail. Fox River? Or earlier times in jail perhaps?
