It does look a bit scary at first glance!! I think AU would suit quite a lot of them (because, yanno, tentacles?!!) but I know that's not an option. If you could bring yourself to write a tale where the hero(es) are in a submarine being attacked by a giant squid you could have a relatively easy line diagonally from tentacles to guns...or are diagonal bingos not allowed?
I'm not being much help, am I? Anyway, long weekend, yes? Hope it's going well; apart from your dilemma with this card! ;)
This has changed!!! Where are the tentacles?!! O_O
What? There never was any tentacles around here!! I'm joking. Explanation is below ;)
You're right about AUs. Not only they're not my cup of tea, but I also just can't imagine what kind of other universe create for the charaters and how to write them in said universe :-p
I dont know what I did when I copied and pasted the HTML but I think coffee in the morning is bad for me, because I had the wrong code. I probably "stole" it from another participant :-/ Anyway, the edited - aka right - card is still as scary *g* Kinks are too hard for me. I'll have to take a look at the their "kink_wiki" to see what kind of takes and interpretations I can use for some of the squares.
Diagonal bingos are allowed, but won't help with this card :-p
( ... )
I find it a lot easier to create an AU in which to place the characters than writing in canon so I can appreciate your dilemma. What works for someone doesn't work for everyone.
I must say I'm a little relieved about the tentacles...Lincoln turning into a giant mutant ninja anenome thingie and taking Submariner Michael away to his undersea lair...stuff of nightmares!
Having a look at "kink_wiki" is a good idea. I still think N vertical is probably the easiest one. You at least have a wild card and surely dressing up pretty Michael again isn't too hard! Or maybe even a kid fic where Veronica insists on dressing up little Michael (who could carry on playing happily with his Star Wars figures as she does!)for a game because it can be a "kink" without being smuttily kinky, can't it?
And you're right; diagonal won't help with this one!
If you need to chat about it you know you can, my friend. :)
No need to have nightmares about mutant Lincoln: if tentacles had been a deal breaker, meaning the one and only square being an issue on a line, I guess writing it in a Star Trek 'verse would have my way out of it ;-) I can try to write in other fandoms although, let's not kid ourselves - or myself - odds are tiny ;)
I checked, and gender play doesn't necessarily imply cross-dressing. It also can be acting (super) feminine or masculine whether the character is a man or a woman, etc. I think the N line is my best chance too - or maybe the I one... - but the chastity devices square... *scratches head*

Eek. Of course, most kinks are scary to me because I'm basically vanilla, but still: Furries? Humiliation? Gangbang? Dom/Sub? Genderplay? Age play? Fisting?
I see possibilities in Column "I," if you go for blindfold for "sensory deprivation." Does slash coupling count as pegging? Or maybe you could use a vibrator there. I have no idea what subspace/headspace means, but it's got to be better than fisting (scary!) or Age play.
:(
Actually, if you're writing multiple couples, then "strap-on" could be a femmeslash prompt. Say, for "The Good Wife."
I probably can write some of them if I use a soft take, but writing a full line might be more compplicated. I did age play for last year round because it was on the 'easy' line, but I tip-toed around it and wasn't too comfortable with it.
I checked, pegging has to involve some kind strap-on. It's not my cup of tea, and to make it worse, I can't picture it in any of my fandoms. Maybe Gretchen in Prison Break, but with whom, that's another issue. As for headspace, it's about reaching a dreamy/out-of-body feeling: better than fisting in my book too.
I posted a blindfold fic a few days ago. Shoot. Should have kept it hostage a bit, even though it would have been cheating :-p
You'll notice a Food square... Although in comparison with other kinks, it seems manageable, here ;)

I'd go for the middle vertical line! :)

I did, and laughed. It's the kink that Will Not Die!
I seriously don't understand why people like that, but whatever.
Hey, is crack allowed for this challenge? ;)
