Author’s Note: Written for rosie-spleen’s Bleeding Cuticles Challenge (Day 9). No beta because I’m not shameless enough to bug a poor, innocent beta with this one.
She doesn’t feel like getting up and making any effort to write going to work, today. Too lazy exhausted after the recent events. But, fighting fatigue, she realizes she’ll reset her count at zero is she doesn’t react she won’t see him today... err, she means, she won’t see them today - them, all of her patients - if she stays at home, and the words will elude her a bit more routine visits will store up. More work tomorrow. Never put off till tomorrow what you can do today. Really, this opinion is only Sara’s.
So she kicks her own ass and forces herself to take action. Get up and turn on the laptop get in the shower. Type the words Dress and drive to work.
