OMG, Karine, I love this! I love Cary, I really do and any little thing between him and Kalinda (or him and Alicia, for that matter) is totally wonderful!

And yes, he is razor-tongued! And that last paragraph is pure genius! You must keep writing about these people! So great!

I was so sure that if I wrote anything in this fandom, it would be about Alicia, or Alicia and Kalinda and instead... Cary's POV. Trying to balance the yearning to understand her and the smart-assery was fun :-p

I think I have with the show the same issue I had with The West Wing - characters intimidate me - but I hope I'll still manage to write them, every now and then.

I have the same kind of affection and respect for both shows and their characters. Just bigger for TWW (its first seasons anyway) because you don't replace years of fangirling over a tv show in ten episodes.

I missed this when you first posted, but I wanted to just let you know one more time how much I enjoyed this fic. I really hope this isn't the last GW you post because this was amazing and I love your understanding of these characters so much.

*hugs* Than you again for your help and kind words. I felt... wobbly, writing in this fandom for the first time, and the fact you enjoyed the ficlet gave me more confidence :)

I probably need to watch more episodes, but I hope I'll at least come up with something about Alicia ^_^

What a happy accident to find this. I know folks are bemoaning the lack of TGW fic, but what's out there is stellar.

I don't care all that much for Cary, yet, but you got me invested.

Glad you stumbed upon it and enjoyed the trip :)

I didn't care that much about Cary in the begining, but he's been growing on me - especially as far as his relationships with Alicia or Kalinda are involved, I have to admit.
