Wow. I don't really know what to say, though I feel you more than deserve a proper feedback. This story is so much... so beautiful and clever, well written, and not to mention damn fucking hot!!!

You've painted an intriguing picture with the mirrors and the brothers' different perceptions of them. I was totally spellbound and felt a bit like a voyeur with all the 'watching' imagery :D (well, just a bit, not enough to look away actually)

Although there's not much 'plot', the dynamics are immense, and I certainly love a topping Michael from time to time - just as Linc does!

To be honest, most of the time, my fics don't really have a plot, they're often 'vignettes' or based upon mood or dynamics, or... etc. Partly because I'm lazy and partly I'm not interested into writing a plot. But I didn't want this to be meaningless or just a PWP (although there is nothing wrong with PWP obviously ^^). I thought something interesting could me done with the mirror part of the prompt - it just took me a while to come up with something since I'd already used this kind of thing in Kaleidoscope not so long ago. It made my day that you enjoyed this aspect :D

I'm not sure I used the mirror(s) the way the prompter meant, so it's nice to hear that it worked at least to some extent.

\o/ I'm so glad you liked it. I was a bit apprehensive because I felt like I cheated about the mirror part of the prompt. Sure, there are mirrors - lot of them ^^ - but I'm not sure I used them the way you meant. Not to mention that I already had mirrors, although more scarcely, at the begining and the end of a M/L story I posted a while ago, Kaleidoscope, and I didn't want to repeat myself here. But I've had the fitting room part in mind for quite a while and it just called for the mirror kink.

That brings a whole new level of consent to their relationship that (in my opinon) completely bypasses what Michael says.

Oh, absolutely. Although I'm not sure *I* made up my mind about that. Michael has the upper hand even though it looks like Lincoln is in control, but Lincoln lets him have said upper hand, so... Yeah, I need to stop rambling :-p Let's just they're co-dependant.

In my mind, the Lincoln you've shown us so beautifully here is the Linc in the first and second season.*blushes* I loved so much the characters in season 1 and

That's the scary yet fun thing when writing prompts though. The prompt triggers an idea or a plot bunny but then you have to hope it will match what the prompter had in mind, or at least that s/he'll like it.
