As I'm spending this evening in a hotel room, I thought I'd take some time to write about my trip to London, so far. I'm here to see Hamlet and Twelfth Night. …is not unknown among the theatre folks I've met. I think it might be common to men who either sincerely think it's a nice thing to do or think they're charming enough to get away with it. ;)

The cheek-kissing thing is very common in Romania. Seems like other parts of Europe I've been in this was true, too.
