The Next Doctor?

Last night, I was over at my parents' house to watch Doctor Who with my Dad, since they were showing last year's Christmas special, "Voyage of the Damned", on BBC America. I like David Morrissey almost as much as David Tennant. That would be fun!!!

Lately, in the 2008 Masterpiece Theatre presentation of Sense and Sensibility. He played Col. Brandon. (I think Alan Rickman did a better job on Col. Brandon in the 1995 movie of it, though.)

No, he's not always booming.

Hmm...I'm not sure if I saw that one...I was watching some of the Austen adaptations on Masterpiece, but was decidedly unimpressed with that version of "Persuasion", which was the first one they showed. "Northanger Abbey" was fun, though. And, I'm pretty sure I saw "Mansfield Park" because when I watched Mansfield Park (1999) on DVD recently, I think I remembered plot elements from the Masterpiece presentation. (I'm pretty sure I've never read it.) I must have been busy with something else by the time "Sense and Sensibility" was on and, not being that impressed with the adaptations already shown, didn't watch it...if I come across it again, I'll check it out, though. :)
