I'd rather take on another Hungarian Horntail
Salvete all! It's been a crazy busy last week or so. Midterms are over for one week, but I have another one this Thursday. Midterms really don't end until the week before finals, but then it's time to study for those.
Last night was actually eventful. I decided at the very last minute to go to a party that Chase, Lisa's co-bible study leader, was throwing at his house. It was originally going to be a party for their bible study group, but they then expanded it. I wasn't going to go because I'm not really very college party-y but I got to wear my Hermione costume, which is always exciting and Frances, Natalie, Paulette, and Lisa talked me into it. It was actauly very fun, despite the fact that I don't really dance and I'm not big on crowds. We went early to help decorate which I of course enjoyed, and the rest of the party was enjoyable to. Danced a wee bit, just hung around and talked, had a good time. I didn't feel uncomfortable being there either, which often happens when I'm at mass social gatherings. So, thanks to Lisa, Paulette, Natalie, Frances, and Chase who hosted the whole event I went to my first college party and actually had a good time. It was a great way to kick of the weekend, and I hope Lisa and Chase plan another one sometime this year.
Anyways, I'm off to enjoy the rest of my weekend! (and study for that gentics midterm!)
