(no subject)
Attempting to write my first entry in oh...forever. Most interesting thing in a while happened to me so I thought I'd finally write about something even if it was actually kinda crappy. XD So basically, dunno if anyone but people in KY have heard about it since I've been cut off from tv and stuff but huuuuge ice storm occurred Monday night and all day Tuesday. Power went out early Tuesday morning and we just got it back today. We actually tried to stay in the house for a few days but we finally had to go to a friend of the family's on Thursday cause he got lucky and got power on Wed. It was getting waaaay too cold. We all had about ten blankets on while we were at home and were still pretty cold. It was gettin' pretty scary there for a while lol, and completely boring. Missed school but of course I couldn't enjoy it cause Wednesday we were still at the house and even on Friday, our friend still didn't have cable yet even if he had heat and he doesn't have internet set up. So I dunno, this last week definitely sucked on the whole. We're all okay, so that's good but it was so not fun. Pretty much hit the whole state and pretty much every single tree in town lost at least a few branches so it's a pretty scary place right now. We heard them breaking all night Teusday and they pretty much sounded like gunshots going off. Some of 'em would groan for a few minutes before the snap happened and it was soo weird. But anyway, gotta do homework now cause my math teacher is a jerk and gave us some over the internet to do. Not sure how he thinks everyone will be able to get the assignment, let alone finish it, because half the town is still without power but oh well. Just glad we finally have it back. And omg I was going through internet withdrawal. Glad to have that back too. Anyway, accomplished my first entry in forever :D. Aren't y'all proud?
