Starting Again
Corona has definitely kicked my butt into gear on a writing front!
I'm determined to use all this spare time to be productive, even if it is only on a selfish level, so, with this in mind, I have decided to try to finish up a couple of previously abandoned fan fics! (I want to be able to post them here) and I've started writing a couple of original stories, too.
If any of my old Merlin friends are hanging around - and can remember my fic writing efforts - you might like to know that the main one I will be working on is the Buffy/Merlin crossover called " Where Echoes Meet".
I found a mountain of notes on my computer and was shocked to find that I started writing that one way back in 2009 (Holy crap!) and it seemed a waste to leave it languishing in the depths of my digital history.
So yeah, I'm putting this out into the universe in the hope that it will motivate me to actually get it done. Accountability and all that, right?

ETA: Since I posted this entry, it has come to light that Buffy's creator, Joss Wheddon, has been called out for his absolutely abhorrent behaviors in regards to his working practices/opinion. I am beyond dissappointed that someone I once looked up to turned out to be the kind of person the reports are declaring him to be and I have to say that I am no longer a fan of his, moving forward. Ugh.
