(no subject)
i don't know how okay i am with the fact that weekends go by 39876 times faster than they're supposed to. not cool.
nevertheless, last night turned out to be really fun, after juan, chalupa y yo decided to stop standing around in the movie theater and actually go DO something. we all piled in the front seat of juan's car (it's totally legal! i swear.) and amused ourselves at denny's and other random places. plus, sam and i had a good time watching andrew go outside and try to scrape the fog off his back window so he could see (the fog was on the inside of the window.)
apparently, the all-knowing computer at work that makes our schedules decided to schedule me for 4 hours a week. this has been a recurring theme over the past 2 weeks, and i'm not sure how i feel about that. hurray for being broke!
over the past week, i sent in my housing info for minnesota, which is a huge weight off my shoulders. i also sent in my first (gasp) scholarship!!! i was very proud of myself, and i really hope i get it, because it would be $2,500 every year through sbc (my dad's work). we'll see. at least i got one in so my parents can't bitch at me AS much.
so coldplay is official. since many of us who wanted tickets were volunteering on saturday when tickets went on sale, jen's dad bought mine, which i am very grateful for. the tickets are expensive - $92, just disregard it - but i have no doubt that it will be more than worth it. ahhhh i'm excited.
oh, and i'm for sure going on that "business" trip to new york city over that break at the end of february. it should be fun... despite the fact that mrs. hamilton is crazy. our room is going to be sooooo fun... ahh i can't wait.
uggh. if i were a good student right now, i would be studying for bio a day earlier than i have to. but alas, i'm going to go watch tv. this entry is not deep. my apologies. my brain can only handle so much.
