possible virus/worm/trojan

robin or any other computer wizard, i have a question for you? when my mom signs in to her profile on her windows xp pc, she gets these lovely pop-ups stating she has a worm/virus/trojan and she hits close and/block but a few minutes later it will pop up again and the cycle continues. when they sign in to my dad's profile, they don't get the

it is isn't it?! my poor mom was asking me questions and i had to tell her i had no clue. crazy things i tell ya! crazy things!

right after i made this post, my computer wigged out on me and claimed i had like 4 viruses but i closed everything, restarted and scanned and i was just fine.

not sure about mom though. i felt bad that i couldn't help her. i'm the geeky one in the family. HA
