My Pierrefonds pics in Merlin set - B part
Rise and shine...
The next day was much better in Pierrefonds.
Outside the castle, the crew had set everything for a tournament which it will be filming next week.
It's amazing to think that the huge arena we watch in the show is a small place and every big happens is thanks to CGI.
The actors arrived early. Everyone was polite and said 'good morning' to us.
Beside Richard, we saw a new guest who also appeared in 'Harry Potter'.
The van with the actors arrived. Bradley came out first and smiled to us followed by a super fast Colin who was among other actors and couldn't capture his pic this time.
We kinda expected them a little later because they had late night filming in the village (closed set).
But i caught him on set rehearsing and playing a scene with Richard and the guest over and over again. Bradley and other knights filmed inside so only sword practise in the yard, again.
Today, among the many fans were many, many tourists and school kids who passed by when the director said 'cut'. I'm sure that Pierrefond people are very pleased that Merlin gives them such publicity.
At 1 o'clock (till 2) the castle closes and everyone goes to lunch and of course, the actors as well.
Colin left first and a couple of fans told me that Bradley eats his banana inside!!! But he also came out so fast that all of us were like 'what? whoa!', lol!
In the meantime, there was a filming outside the castle with guests and minor characters with...lots of weapons and anger there!!
While we were in lunch as well, Katie and Emilia appeared and missed them.
Overall, it was an unique experience and very interesting and exciting at the same time.
It makes you go back again and again :D
Of course, i'll make a zip of all the pics i took and will post along with yesterday's pics :D
I will post of course my castle's pics in the next days.
EDIT: I saw a couple of spoilery pics from chayiana who is now in the set and totally reminds me something i had said to a journalist in merlin_tv about asking Colin or the writers if we see an older version of Merlin like...AU.
