Watching Bobby in the wheelchair breaks your heart. Castiel can't heal him.
He has an intense dialogue with Dean who said that he killed for him and must find God to stop Lucifer! He takes Dean's amulet and when Rufus calls Bobby, the action begins.
Dean sounds more relaxed than the last episode but still, the trust issues with Sammy are all over his face. But still, does he he trust him enough to take him and have him by his side when they go to a ghost town?
Ellen appears (yay!) who seems to love/'hate' Dean yet.
The town is possessed and that is a hunting test for Sam to prove he can hunt demons. He gets pissed off with Dean and pushes him.
But the view of blood is still tempting to him when he stabs two 'demons' with a knife.
When Sam gets caught by possessed Rufus and Jo, he realizes that they see him as demon. Dean and Ellen figure out the same along with the info of the Horsemen of Apocalypse whom one of them is war.
The actor who plays War was perfect. He speaks with Sam tempting him about his addiction.
War makes almost everyone turns to each other there and lots of shooting/fight are going on.
Ellen 'recovers' Jo and Dean does the same to Rufus.
When the boys seeing war trying to leave, Sam cuts the demon's fingers with the 'magic' ring.
The last scene is more heartbreaking than last week's. Sam says aagin how sorry he feels and he tells Dean that he doesn't trust himself either and they need to take separate ways.
It's obvious in their eyes how much pain BOTH feel and almost cried.
I'm certain that down deep inside, Sam wanted Dean to stop him and Dean wanted to do that but they have bigger and higher issues to resolve now.
But it was so cool to see Ellen and more mature Jo again.
