1) Choose your base, i picked this image, from lost media. Crop and resize it.

Your base shouldn't be too dark, meme this.

2) Duplicate your base and set to screen 50 - 100%. You can change it in the end,
if it doesn't look good to you. I set to screen 100%.

->

3) Go to layer -> New Adjustment Layer -> Selective Color:

Reds:
Cyan: -65 ; Yellow: +65 ; Black: +65
Yellows:
Yellow: -85
Neutrals:
Magenta: -32 ; Yellow: -40 ; Black: +7

Then duplicate this Layer. (normal @ 100%)

->

4) Go to layer -> New Adjustment Layer -> Selective Color:

Reds:
Yellow: +15 (play with the settings, looks different, i set on +15)
Neutrals:
Cyan: +10 ; Yellow: +5

You can stop here if you like your result, you're finished ;D
Now check the brightness and adjust it if it's too dark or too bright.

But if you want some contrast, follow me xD:

5) Duplicate the last layer (from step #4) and set to soft light 50 - 100%, i set on 100%.

->

And you're totally finished! ;D If it's too bright or to dark now,
you can still duplicate your base twice or just play a little bit with the settings, however you like.
