I rule at interviews
Did a phone interview. He asked about 5 technical questions - the kind of questions you would know right away if you'd actually been an admin for a few years and would completely stump you if you were trying to fake it. I nailed them all, was off the phone in less than 15 minutes. Wow. Chicago++;
