So Allison was nice enough to get me some really whomp-ass headphones for x-mas. The only problem is that they're too efficient. That, and the volume on the ipod doesn't go very low - even on its lowest setting. Oh, and changing the limit doesn't lower the low, just limit the high. Anyway, I'd picked up a cheap inline volume control from RS, and was looking on the site of the people who make the headphones to request something to fix this. (ultimateears). Anyway anyway, they had a kit with a cleaner, attenuator, and adapter. The same kit that came with my headphones! So Yay! No more too loud because Apple is crap!
