FFS !!!!!
Just for once i would like to stay on an even keal (sp) for more than five minutes. As Cara says to me, i need to stop thinking sometimes. I cant help it, i just disapear into a downward spiral and it takes me twice as long to get out of it as it does to get into it!!
Oh well, at least i recognise it and at least manage to check it and know what i am doing. :-(
Looking forward to dressing as a pirate next weekend :-) I want a jolly roger (stop that sniggering ;-) ......!!! that goes without saying).
Right, i am going to lay down to rest. I will see everybody soon.
