1. I got a tumblr. It's over
here. It'll be primarily tarot stuff and craft stuff, with random other stuff. Tumblr seems to be easier for pictures than LJ. LJ will be more personal. Facebook just random bits and keeping up with people. I'm on DeviantArt, too, but that's mostly to lurk and look at other people's art.
2. In a week, we'll be at Brushwood! Yay! Today we went and got a reflective tarp so we can maybe sleep in in the morning, and a bunch of bungee cords, and stakes and I got a chair that doesn't cut into the back of my legs uncomfortably.
3. People will troll/flamewar over anything. I wound up ordering a super-portable chair online, and at various sites there were reviews that, based on the phrasing, were by the same people, one totally slamming this one brand of chair and praising this other brand, and another doing the opposite. Including a bit of slagging off the previous reviewer as well.
4. We have blackberries in the backyard! Our backyard is teeny, and there's a border of vegetation of some sort, and it includes some blackberries! Not a lot. Although I may go out and see how many I can get over the next couple of days and see if there's enough to make something with.
5. I put my computer on the medium brightness setting instead of the high like I normally have it. Easier on my eyes, maybe? I don't think it'll make a difference in terms of headaches, but who knows? I don't know if it'll drive me buggy, either. Right now, I'm noticing things looking dimmer, but that's because I just changed it. If nothing else, it's an interesting experiment.
