Day One: Ten things you want to do some day.
Day Two: Nine things about yourself.
Day Three: Eight qualities you think are awesome in other people.
Day Four: Seven (semi)interesting things you've pondered or thought about recently.
Day Five: Six things you are glad you did.
Day Six: Five books/movies/tv series/etc that you'd recommend
Day Seven: Four silly quirks
Day Eight: Three pet peeves
Day Nine: Two things for which you're proud of yourself.
Day Ten: One secret plan.
1. Are we (the US) too fucked up as a nation to ever really come together again? What with all the politicians spouting about "real Americans" who apparently are only the people who think like they do and the other people who live here are something else, and all the people who seem to think that if they don't get things their way, it's entirely wrong and they must do everything they can to stop it, regardless of how many people want things the other way, or how much better the other way is for a majority of the country. Etc. Etc.
2. If I could pick anywhere to live once I get my degree, where would it be? There are so many possible cool places, and our friends are so scattered that there are a huge range of possible places with friends nearby.
3. I wish I could start over with this whole degree thing.
4. Whatever shall we do for my birthday party this year, other than calling it the Hitchhiker's Guide party because I'm going to be 42?
5. Why does Hollywood keep making remakes and prequels and unnecessary sequels when so many of them flop? Yes, a lot of them still bring in money, but new and surprising movies bring in more.
6. What is the world like in cat's brains? What do they think about?
7. When the stars are right, would it be better to be eaten first, or last?
